Therapy offers a space to better understand emotions, strengthen confidence, improve communication, and build practical coping skills.
Young Adult Therapy
Young adulthood often brings uncertainty, pressure, and major change. I work with young adults navigating college and post-college transitions, relationships, identity development, procrastination, anxiety, and feeling stuck. Together, we work toward greater confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience.
